FEATURING:

A new book, COLA GIRL, by Elsie Clay, shares Grace’s long history of abuse and intolerable cruelty inside the Coca-Cola founder’s family. The physical, emotional, and psychological issues which Grace finds herself facing most days, are  prime and up to date examples of the consequences of pedophilia, rape, sex trafficking, child slavery, drug trafficking, and the insidious side of sexual abuse.

This story starts out with the birth of Grace’s son, and retraces her beginnings leading up to her family life in 2018. She explains in detail of her life on the road to awareness and how she managed to come to terms with her circumstances, moving forward with a positive and completed sense of life.

By sharing her story, Grace hopes to encourage others and to help end/slow down, the horrific abuses of these silent souls. These souls who could be thriving, are instead, caught in a web of terror and incomprehensible pain; craving for an emotional and continued spiritual connection… for a bit of kindness and understanding; for the strength to help themselves stand proud and free, so they may live with dignity and a loving, peaceful, and grateful fulfillment, that all of us good people deserve.

  NOTES FROM THE PUBLISHER

Where would your go fifty-five years ago to report abuse? Nowhere. Most of the abusers in this story are all direct family members of, Asa Griggs Candler, who founded the Coca-Cola Company in 1886. Grace and her immediate family, moved from Atlanta, Georgia at a very young age, leaving all relatives behind. From the research I have done, there is no evidence that Asa Candler was at fault for any of these abuses which have occurred.

THANK YOU!

This recording was an interview I paid for and would not recommend  as a good way of advertising, at least with this company and it’s  interviewer. Be careful; a lot of shady characters out and about!

  5. This book grabbed my attention! I wanted to keep on reading. I found myself sad at times, sometimes angry and ultimately hopeful that people can move on after such difficult experiences. I loved the bits of humor throughout as well. Sometimes life’s best medicine is laughter. Thanks for sharing and bringing awareness.

  6. Cola Girl is an honest and unflinching look at how life and the people you love can knock you down, but with faith, hope, smiles, and a “deep belly laugh,” there is always a way to find your feet again. Grace courageously puts her flaws and misfortunes out for observation, and allows us to join her in casting out the demons of her past. In the end, this is a story of hope and determination which proves there is a light at the end of even the darkest tunnel.

  7. A challenging book to read due to such, unfortunately, pertinent subject material. How brave of you to come out and share your painful experiences to the public. Anyone who reads this, however, can truly see the positive outcome of being strong, honest, and willing to put it all out there for the truth to be seen. Your story and the successful outcome speaks to your courage and bravery and can surely be an inspiration for all the women today who are treated as inferior. Thanks for all you have done for such women!

  8. I’m thankful Grace put her story out there. So that others can see that you can overcome the difficulties children face. Put an end to the cycle, and live a happy, healthy life. From the moment I started reading, I was unable to put it down. Such a good read. Sad, but thought provoking at the same time.

  10. Thanks for the truth Aunt Anne. We need to stop predators, help victims and be accountable for this generation and those to come… it’s not okay …and it’s not okay to keep it a secret. Love Shannon

    1. Thank you Shannon,
A lot of people do not want to hear the truth. I think they should perhaps reconsider. Secrets restrain folks from moving forward… The truth will set you free! Corney, but when I forgave myself and others, smiled at truth, and felt the inside peace, there was no going back. Much love to you always, Dear Shannon.

    1. Thank you Rick. I think secrets are not always good. I understand not telling some things, but secrets that harm children, is not only a grave mistake, but can have severe reprecussions.

  12. I read this book in one sitting… I could not put the book down, wanting Grace to ultimately triumph over the inhumanity and cruelty she experienced. She did. Through it all, her heart won out.
Her journey is far too prevalent in cultures all around the world. This book shines a light on our own cultures distain for women and the feminine. It is painful for me to say, that what she experienced is on one level, okay, simply because it happens. In a healthy culture, what she experienced would not happen. It is time for a change. Let justice prevail and healing take place for those injured. Let us all contribute to break this cycle of abuse…So be it…

  13. Thank you Ken, I am glad you so thoughtfully explained what is happening on this planet. Too many folks are burying their heads and do you not want to look at the truth. When truth shines it’s light, in good consciousness, action needs to be taken. For those that have been or are being abused, recovery is possible!
